OHL is a 4-week health and fitness discipleship class that leads you through a group workout, teach you healthy eating habits, lead you through scriptures and teachings, and provide coaching and accountability.

Health & Wellness

A certified health coach will share how God helped her reverse her diabetes symptoms. This class will increase your knowledge of root cause of diabetes and how to prevent diabetes in the future and stay healthy.
